Sunday’s tip : The best looking toothpaste. While in Stockholm me and Elisabeth Heier found a set of whitening premium toothpastes from Swedish brand Selahatin that smell great and come in a beautiful packaging with a great concept. The formula is vetted by the Swedish Dental Association and contains fluoride as well as antioxidants.

There are 3 distinct formulas so far, The Escapist, The Amorist and The Hypnotist.

:: The Escapist ( as seen above), has a unique fusion of aromas that showcases Eastern and western influences with cinnamon , orange and peppermint. I’m very peculiar with aromas, usually people don’t pay so much attention to how the world smells, but I’m very sensitive to any scent. In every aspect I always end up paying much more attention to aromas, the escapist is one that I loved at first smell.

:: The Amorist, has tones of green mint, peppermint and menthol, as you can imagine, it smells very minty fresh. A little bit too intense for me but I can see it being a beloved flavor profile for many people ( Elizabeth’s favorite as well).

:: The Hypnotist, aptly named is combining tones from anise, honey and peppermint, subtly reminiscing of middle eastern aromas.

I am a little bit disappointed I didn’t pick up all three, but I discovered that the Selahatin online store sells internationally so as soon as I see I am running out I will be ordering a fresh batch. I’m really hopeful this will be my forever toothpaste, I used to hide anything that had to do with teeth cleaning, but I can safely say, no more! And speaking of not hiding my toothpaste, same goes for my bamboo toothbrush from The Humble Co. , they make the perfect duo!
