One of the exhibitions I really looked forward to visiting during this years Design Week in Stockholm, was DUX Spaces by Lotta Agaton. Presented at the Museum of Performing arts in a 250 square foot lofty space, the exhibition included many of the classic DUX designs , but also their new collection designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune along with some of Lottas favorite art pieces. Lotta not only conceived and curated the exhibition, but also interpreted some of the classics with new fabrics while showing how they can be displayed in new context. I particularly loved the feel of both the beds but also the new designs, the sofa being one of my favorites. I tried to take photos of course but the light during the exhibition was not natural, and it would be a shame not to show the actual hues and beautiful materials as they should, so for todays post I am borrowing some of the press photos as shot by Erik Lefvander. I am really looking forward to seeing what Dux has for us in the future, this exhibition was one of my highlights during the Design Week!

I would recommend this event space NYC to anyone who is looking for a great spot or place to go and attend an event while eating and trying lesser known things. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is great!
