Felt Sleeve case the perfect Macbook companion

August 16, 2015

// Sponsored content.. I was provided with a sleeve case for a review. All opinions are my own.

Lately I have been travelling a lot due to vacations and my Macbook was a steady companion on hand and in my luggage. While travelling, something that is very important to me is to be able to keep my things safe but in the most lightweight possible. A felt sleeve case is the perfect solution if you are looking for a case that is easy to slide in and out (no additional straps was a must for me), lightweight and soft so it protects perfectly while is easy to carry and small enough to wrap around your mac so it takes as little space as possible in your luggage or bag. Mine also works as a pad to rest my mac on or even as a mousepad if I use one and the surface isn’t even enough. Westerman Bags has many designs and colors when it comes to felt cases and although my preference was one of the simplest ones, I think there is a felt case for everyone there. Double colored, with or without straps, the shops selection includes ipad and iphone cases as well for those that wish to further protect more of their gadgets, especially when they are new. I absolutely love my felt sleeve, I have been using it every single day since I got it so the only thing there is to find out is how long will it last? Stay tuned and I will let you know, although I don’t think it will be anytime soon 🙂

I have a felt sleeve for my ipad mini but I'd love one for my macbook! It looks really lovely but also pretty practical for protection :)Emily | One Stormy Sunday

I need your help. I love photography but I don't wanna go all crazy on spending on expensive camera and stuff. What camera ate you using for your photos?

On the top of my page I have a FAQ where I list what equipment I use. I always shoot with a DSLR camera and I edit my photos with photoshop. There is really no completely inexpensive way to go about this but maybe these tips will help! Photoshop is free for 30 days and then you can pay montly for it, it is really much cheaper than buying it ( you effectively have a sub to it) and you can cancel anytime. When it comes to cameras there are many DSLR out you can buy second hand. Just make sure it is from a source you trust. Another thing you can do is get a point and shoot camera to start with but with control like a DSLR, this will give you better control. I use the Sony Wx500 for this ( you can see my post here https://www.onlydecolove.com/2015/07/my-new-sony-dsc-wx500-camera-and-review.html). I know a lot of people also just use their phones, I cannot do it myself but some of them are quite succesful!
