Today I shared on my Instagram the photo above and immediately I got so many emails asking for the recipe for my spicy garlic/rosemary dressing olive oil.
It is really easy to make and very quick and will always be handy to be around. I especially love having some drops with steamed or boiled broccoli.
Scroll below for more photos and instructions!

Ingredients :
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 red chili pepper
1 big stalk of fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon peppercorns
1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Instructions :
Peal the garlic gloves and slice them in half.
Cut the red chili into small chunks.
Now mix all the ingredients above with the peppercorns together in a glass jar. Leave the stalk standing in the middle and if its too big just chop the rest of the leaves and mix them with the rest of the ingredients.
Leave to rest for a few days.

Hei! 🙂
Hey Helene! It will last for months upon months! I actually keep refiling the one I have with extra spices all the time so in essence you can keep it for years! If it lasts that long 🙂
