While I am in Greece I am devoting a lot of time thinking about the renovations of our house. High priority on my list is our main bathroom that you never get to see for a reason. However I have a very clear idea of how I want it to look like and what materials and colors are going to be used. I absolutely love marble and concrete for materials and of course ceramics and for colors white/grey. I find it very easy to start with a simple palette like this that I can always build on with accessories for color if I need to. I have been adding a lot of pins in my pinterest board HOME▲BATHROOM that follow quite a lot of the same direction of my thoughts about how I would like our main bathroom to look like so feel free to roam about if you want inspiration for yourself. The image used above is actually a before and after bathroom renovation over at Design Sponge and the change is truly phenomenal do check it out!

I love them all so much and the thing is these types of materials are so classic and timeless they will never go out of style like many trends.

Generally a neutral tone bathroom will always work with any trend since you can transform it easily with accessories! But it goes for every space 🙂 I love bold colors but in moderation for the most part. A very vivid space needs a lot of planning but I have to say it can look amazing if you do it right 🙂
