Earlier I posted on my Instagram a delicious rice pudding.
It’s always nice to have the recipe written down.
It is very easy to make and everyone will enjoy it on a cold winter night!

1 cup Short Grain Rice
1 1/2 cups (315ml) Whole Milk
1/2 Vanilla Bean
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1/2 cup (60ml) Heavy Cream
1/4 (150gr) Sugar
Pinch of Salt
Add the rice,milk,cream,sugar,salt and the seeds from the vanilla bean in a medium pan on medium heat and cook until the rice is translucent and soft from 20 to 30min and stir continuously. Remove the cinnamon sticks and let cool for a few min. Serve in a bowl topped with few pomegranate seeds and pistachio and cinnamon.
