I have a soft spot for chocolate and ice cream.
This is the perfect combination for summer days! And of course for winter days also.
They are surprisingly easy to make and they taste like vanilla chocolate bites with a hint of banana.
At 20calories a pop ( even less if your chocolate coating is thinner ) they are the perfect solution that you can keep in your freezer for a long long time. If you like vanilla and chocolate these pops will soon become an instant favorite of yours. And they are so easy to make!
Instructions
Cut as many bananas as you want in pieces . Any size you like. I prefer slimmer.
Melt the chocolate of your preference in the microwave ( careful it burns very easily) or heat some water and place the pieces in a second pot above the heating water.
Proceed to coat the bites one by one by dropping them with a spoon into the melted chocolate. Arrange them on a sheet of cooking paper in any pan that you can safely leave in your freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
